Your Mission:

Ensure the effective coordination and end-to-end management of sales and distribution processes across the assigned markets (Iberia, Italy, Greece, and Southeast Europe), guaranteeing efficient order management, accurate documentation, and seamless collaboration with customers, production sites, and suppliers to deliver outstanding service and meet agreed deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders with production plants and external suppliers, coordinating country and customer-specific requirements and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate returns, credit notes, commercial samples, and intercompany operations.
  • Act as the key liaison between customers, internal teams, and manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of order-related queries or issues.
  • Prepare and manage the documentation required for domestic and international operations, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, non-hazardous goods certificates, and other relevant export documentation.
  • Perform invoicing activities and ensure the accurate administrative management of all transactions.
  • Coordinate transportation activities, arranging collections and maintaining effective communication with logistics providers and loading points to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor shipments through to final delivery, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Review and validate logistics supplier invoices and ensure the corresponding records are accurately maintained in SAP.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics, customer service, and operational processes.

 

The Talent We Are Looking For:

  • Degree or academic background in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, export operations, or similar roles.
  • Good command of English is highly desirable; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
