JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by developing strategic relationships with growers, distributors, and industry partners while promoting the adoption of innovative plant nutrition and biostimulation solutions. This is a field-based position, focused on understanding agricultural challenges, providing value-driven agronomic recommendations, and translating technical expertise into sustainable business growth.

At Rovensa Next, we are building a nationwide network of agronomic talent to identify future Technical Sales Representatives across Mexico. We are looking for professionals with strong technical and commercial capabilities who are passionate about innovation, grower success, and advancing more efficient, profitable, and sustainable agriculture.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

• Agronomist Engineer with a completed degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agronomic consulting, technical development, agricultural sales, or related activities.
• Knowledge of Rovensa Next products (Cosmocel, Tradecorp, IdaiNature, or other solutions within the group) is a plus.
• Full availability to travel or relocate based on current or future opportunities within the organization. Examples of mobility include: Jalisco → Veracruz, Sinaloa → Chiapas, or Baja California → Yucatán. Mobility is not limited to neighboring states or the same geographic region.
• Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, biostimulation, and crop management.
• Valid driver’s license: experience driving standard transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Commercial mindset: results-oriented, with a focus on demand generation and relationship development.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical consulting in plant nutrition and biostimulation to support the productive success of growers and distributors.
• Promote the adoption of innovative solutions from the Rovensa Next portfolio, connecting agricultural innovation with measurable field results.
• Participate in field days, technical training sessions, demonstrations, and technology transfer activities with growers and distributors.

Commercial responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with growers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Identify business growth opportunities and generate demand across different agricultural regions of the country.
• Support commercial execution and contribute to the strategic positioning of the agricultural solutions portfolio.
